Dr Negusse and her staff were GREAT when I had my colonoscopy and endoscopy. I can’t say enough good things about them!! She found a suspicious mass and I was referred to City of Hope before I even left.
I had a very unpleasant experience with this provider. When I made the appointment, the staff made it with her PA Kara Smith, but I wasn't informed of that. It's rather frustrating that they won't give you a time for your procedure until the day before, therefore, you may have to fast for 12 hours to 18. I was the last patient on this particular day and Dr. Negusse was out of there as soon as she could, we had no interaction whatsoever, which was very disappointing.
