I am very happy with Marissa and Debbie McCoy. However, I was Very turned off by the front office lady talking to me about bad debt and about what my cost was going to be, which was way off from what my cost actually was because she didn’t have or asked for my updated insurance. You should never be loud and have the whole waiting room here somebody asking you for bad debt money just very poor taste. This really needs to be corrected. She is the very best. Everyone loves her. She genuinely cares about her patients and truly listens to what we have to say. She’s knowledgeable and places us with the help we need to feel better. She’s my angel.
