Not sure what is going on. But I had a great experience in my cleanings with this company. Only little things that they fixed if I needed them to. Then on the six visit I believe I contacted for service. They read my message (you can tell on the iPhone) but no response after at least two contacts. This is sad that in this day in age you gotta beg people to give them money. I even referred them to people. Smh Sad this ended like this. Bad business management. You always send a response no matter what. So disappointed.
