I strongly recommend avoiding this practitioner. I met with her the day after my father died unexpectedly after being referred by the VA. She appeared to be quite competent. However, she then replied to me as an afterthought (after I called to confirm the next appointment) that she was unable to further see me as a patient based largely on information she had when she made my follow-on appointment in the first place.
