They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They never have that typical, irritating waiting room music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and adds to the atmosphere. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this acupuncturist seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Has this acupuncturist ever cancelled your appointment at the last minute? Never, they are very reliable Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
