We worked with Deborah on the sale of our home in May 2020. Since we were moving out of state, she knew we needed to sell quickly. We had a ton of questions & concerns about the showings with COVID 19. She never once made us feel like we were a bother. Debbie was our agent & there aren't enough adjectives to describe how fantastic she is! We had a contract within one week & to say our buyers were difficult is an understatement. Debbie has the patience of a saint & kept us updated throughout the entire process. If the experience using Bach Real Estate went by star ratings, & the scale was 1-10, we would give them a 20! Working with Debbie to sell my home was a very pleasant experience. She is knowledgeable and responsive, I knew what was happening every step of the way. My home was only on the market 4 days before I accepted an offer. Debbie went above and beyond and even helped us prepare our home to show and make repairs for the FHA loan to go through. Debbie was a great agent. I had a family situation that caused me to need to sell my house as quickly as possible. She was there to help like family. She guided me through the entire process with great advice and support. Since things needed to be done fast I didn't want to rush to buy a new home so she even helped me find a rental in my new location. Debbie made me feel like I was her only client, even though I was not.

Debbie was amazing during our whole getting house ready to sell, house on the market and then helping us find our home. She would help with our dog during showings and always kept a level head when things seemed to turn south on various issues. Debbie was always communicative and reachable. I would recommend her highly if you are looking to buy, sell or both.
