Very poor bedside manner. My father has visible skin cancers, and she made a joke about calling him “Mr. Lumpy” or “Mr. Knotty.” Comments like that are insensitive and unprofessional, especially toward someone dealing with a serious medical issue. It made him very uncomfortable and left our family extremely disappointed. I would recommend finding care elsewhere.
