We just closed on our third transaction with Deborah (Buy/sell/buy). While real estate buying/selling can be a stressful process at any experience level, Deb is great at gauging market conditions and level setting what is in the realm of possibility. On a personal note, I'm NOT any easy client to work with. I'm VERY demanding and asked a lot of Deborah...she stepped up to the challenge and executed beyond my expectations. Thanks again Deb!

As a first time home buyer using a VA loan in the Bay Area housing market, we encountered numerous amount of problems and Deborah was able to provide a solution to every one of them! She is an expert problem solver! My wife and I ran into a problem where our lease expired while we were waiting for close of escrow.
