I go here for my mental health and I usually love every one there for the most part it’s professional and calming but the only issue I have is the front desk receptionist , I believe her name is Della she is completely rude and rolls her eyes at me , does not communicate properly does not respond when I ask her something she chooses when she wants to respond she will completely ignore me until she feels ready to talk and speaks with aggression/attitude which is completely unprofessional especially dealing with people who alr... read more
Receiving great help with depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Have great professional staff. And have felt more together than I have in a long time.
Can’t say I would recommend Gulf Bend to anyone because of wait times and not being able to contact the building when I need to (or them not getting back to me after leaving a voicemail). My case manager was amazing when I was seeing her I just wish she was somewhere else, so I can continue to see her.
They diagnosed my son with depression, anxiety had him on 4 different pills. He was on them for almost 2 months which was not working for him. In fact made his symptoms were worser. I called to express my concern and was told they were going to give me a call back which they never did, the nurse told me i could take him off the pills if i wanted to.This place is a joke!
