Had 2or 3 appointments they all went home, when I did get in I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. Then wasn't satisfied with the caseworkers opinion of my diagnosis. Just bad service and very uncaring people.
I had the same problem as another comment on here. I have a type of insurance. The 1st intake nurse had me sign consent to treat forms and taking personal health information. Tells me to come back in 3 weeks. I come back and see a second nurse who takes more personal health information. She waits till the end and tells me they don’t take personal insurance. I go here for my mental health and I usually love every one there for the most part it’s professional and calming but the only issue I have is the front desk receptionist , I believe her name is Della she is completely rude and rolls her eyes at me , does not communicate properly does not respond when I ask her something she chooses when she wants to respond she will completely ignore me until she feels ready to talk and speaks with aggression/attitude which is completely unprofessional especially dealing with people who alr... read more
