Debbie James is the most ethical and professional real estate broker I have ever dealt with. She has helped me sell and buy investment property and has help put me in touch with other professionals to set up my 1031 exchange, get small repairs completed, termite inspections and home inspections etc etc. She is a straight shooter, and this is truly to your benefit. I left a message for Mrs. James and she did not return my phone call. I called her again in a few days and got a text message back asking if she could "call me later". She did not call back for a few days, so I texted her to see if she would call me back. She eventually did. I ignored the phone call because clearly she is too busy for new clients. I would not recommend this realtor to anyone. Someone who is too busy to return phone calls in a timely manner does not deserve my, or your, business.
