When I had knee surgery in August last year, I had no doubt that this is where I wanted to do my rehab. As a PT, I know there are varied levels of competency in this field, and I knew that Dr. Jackson would not have anyone less than excellent in her clinic. I was right. Ryland was exactly who I needed to be able to achieve the outcomes and success I accomplished. I loved the atmosphere of the clinic, and would go back to or send any of my family members to this clinic!
This Therapy group came highly recommended to me by a friend after I had a total knee replacement in Nov. the environment is very friendly, clean and personable. The staff is very knowledgeable on all levels and very helpful and encouraging to ensure you meet your level of functioning. I loved going to Therapy as they made you feel like a member of their family. Deborah Jackson was my therapist for Achilles heel injury & then rotator cuff surgery (left) while she was practicing in St. Augustine. After a second rotator cuff surgery (right) I learned she had opened her own practice at the World Golf Village. I did not hesitate making an appointment even though it was an hour+ round trip for me. I was not disappointed--state of the art equipment, extremely competent therapists who stay by your side & a peaceful & relaxing environment. A world class operation!
After having a total reverse shoulder, I was referred to Dr Jackson for PT! All of the people in her office are very professional and great folks! Dr Jackson and Ryland were my primary PT, but everyone was very kind! I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a qualified and highly affective PT team!
I've gone to Deborah Jackson several times and have been very happy with their one on one therapy sessions. I've gone to other physical therapists and it felt like they were just trying to see as many patients as possible every hour. Very little supervision. Started you and left and came back a few minutes after you were done. Today was my 'graduation day' (final session) with Alayna Brewer with Deborah Jackson Therapy Associates. Excellent care, clean spacious facility, friendly staff. The whole experience was A+. I drive from the Northside of Jacksonville to see them. I'm going to miss seeing everyone but happy to be moving on from my knee replacement surgery thanks to the folks at Deborah Jackson Therapy Associates. Thank you!!!
