I have been seeing Deb for over 2 years (with about a 6 month break), and I absolutely love her. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and tailors her therapy approach based on your individual needs. She is the lead therapist at Lourdes Counseling Center, and is proficient in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), among multiple other modalities. Seeing her is the highlight of my month and I appreciate how much she genuinely cares and wants to help. I highly recommend her!!
