I worked with Katelyn Edgar and let me tell you, these people know what they are doing. They use a great inspector (shout out Charlie!), they walk you through the whole process, and they are spot on at negotiation on your behalf. I was particularly impressed by Katelyn's understanding of the financial side. She always had an answer or could get one for me. Hi Katelyn!
