I have had 4 property managers and this one was easily the best one based on the following... 1) Quick Setup 2) Strong Screening and assistance in selecting from multiple tenants 3) Minimal maintenance, reasonable costs, and willing to use your workers (when possible) 4) Timely payments 5) Detailed P&L reporting 6) Competitive fees. 7) Flexibility on rent increases. No pressure to increase, but can be as aggressive as you want.

Debbie was a pleasure to work with. She represented me and my wife as home buyers. She was very responsive to our calls and attentive to our needs. Debbie made herself available for last minute viewings, which was very helpful in this competitive market. We closed on our home last week, and Debbie was helpful to the very end.
