We listed our home with Deborah in the middle of Feb. 2025. There were immediate showings and in March, we had one offer and another waiting in line. When the 1st offer fell through (buyer's financing issue), Deborah contacted the next in line and we closed Apr. 28, 2025. Deborah pays very close attention to details and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process.
