The worst person you want on your case. There is a reason you can’t leave a public review. She needs to be removed as a “Custody Evaluator”. I have begun an inquiry on her due to her lack of due diligence on my case. For reference, she was hired as a 3111 evaluator but started our case off as if she were a mediator, trying to create a parenting plan/schedule. Deborah Barnes is biased and unprofessional. Her reports are 100% for the paying party. She was hired to do an evaluation in a child custody case, and we were told she would interview everyone, talk to the child's school, read the case file, do home visits for both parties, etc. etc. SHE DID NONE OF THAT. Deborah should be found guilty in a court of law for enabling an abusive parent to Manipulate the courts by flat out ignoring my pleas for help in regard to my ex's abusive behaviors toward me and our children with his co-ercive tactics. Avoid at all cost. 100% biased towards who every paying her. Willing to exaggerate, and if necessary plain lie to get that check. She has no interest in children's well being only in collected money. Frauds like this need to be weeded out the system, and exposed for what they are.
