The Dr Ortega-Carr MD Is very in touch with the patients needs along with their understanding about making for sure you get the root of the problem
Very professional and very on point
Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Care is great. Only downside is that the entrance doors need to be more handicap friendly. It is rough getting a wheelchair in.
The Chillicothe office has always been very friendly and welcoming. The staff greets me with a warm smile. Dr Carr is thorough in her approach as she is kind and knowledgeable.
Nice, polite, and friendly staff. My appointment was handled right on time. Dr. Ortega-Carr explains things thoroughly and never rushes. Would definitely recommend her.
