The project started out great. Sean DeBolt and his wife and I had a good relationship. They seem to understand what I wanted done. And they started out gung ho on the demo and then starting the renovations. As time went on Sean seemed to be feeling the pressure from my project and another one he was working on. By the end of the project he was downright rude and disrespectful to me. He objected to me coming over to the condo to see the progress. He got upset if I questioned him about finishing on time. Used inferior materials but claimed use of premium products. Do not use this contractor. Other reviews appear to be fabricated. You will regret hiring him eventually... maybe not first year but eventually when things start failing.

I chose to DeBolt Construction to do my bathroom renovation and boy am I happy I did! Sean was very easy to work with. He listen to my ideas and concerns never making me feel as if I was overbearing or asking too many silly questions. Ultimately he delivered exactly what I wanted. My project was done on time and within budget as promised. I will definitely be using him for my future projects.

Sean Debolt remolded both our kitchen ceiling and completely redid our shower. His work is excellent and he makes sure you are satisfied with his work! We highly recommend Debolt Construction Peg/John Ater
