Roach infested buildings, poor insulation which causes high light bill.. they seem only concerned about collecting rent and could care less about the up keep and maintenance of apartments.
Oak Point Apartments. Poor management. Black mold, they paint over it and plumbing is not vented properly so roaches travel pipes and you can smell your neighbors using the bathroom. They are liars and thieves. Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE AT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!!! Not worth it and DONT PAY THEM CASH!!!! Always get a receipt. Elsa does horrible book keeping and never sends receipts.
