I worked with Gary and Donald on installing EV charging stations for their plaza and they were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! I'm very excited to see these new amenities added in and more people charging!

My family business has been in operation since 1985. Gary DeBlase is our 4th landlord, and by far, the best. We have rented from DeBlase for 7 years now. Any issues we have had, have been handled promptly, and without questions. They are constantly making improvements to the plaza, inside and out. In addition to being great landlords, Gary and his son, Donny, are great guys. Its always a pleasure to see, and speak, with them. I highly recommend working with DeBlase Property!!
