Debi's Designs created the loveliest floral arrangements for our wedding back in 2022. Debi was so wonderful to work with and I feel really fortunate that her amazing expertise and kindness was a huge part of our special day!
Outstanding floral style, great customer service
This is the second time I’ve received flowers from Debi’s Designs. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the flowers and arrangement. Kudos Debi and staff.
UPDATE: Per my request, I received a call from Debi the day after I requested delivery. Debi stated that they tried to deliver the order but the recipient was not home and could not be reached by phone. I asked why I (the customer) was not contacted to let me know there was an issue and Debi stated that they had other deliveries and it was towards the end of the day (5:00pm. I have been ordering flowers for years from a florist in Chicago who will deliver to the suburbs for a reasonable cost. I thought I would try a local florist in my daughter's area to send her flowers for her birthday. I ordered 3 days ahead of time and today, her birthday, no flowers arrived. I called and emailed to find out what is going on with the delivery and no response as of now. I am now requesting a refund and hope this issue will be resolved.
