Debi did an excellent job; she was very personable, attentive and familiar with the area. She was quick to respond to our initial request for showings and made herself available as she walked us through the review and purchase process. She went above and beyond to provide us a list of contacts for utility transfers and other resources. We highly recommend her if you are buying or selling real estate in the area.
Debi was very sensitive to our needs. She worked very hard for us. It took Several years, but she Hung in with us and we finally found the right property. The deal could have fallen apart but she made it work. If you want to be represented property, Debi is your only option.

She was always ready with marketing suggestions on how to list and stimulate interest. Debi worked tirelessly for us for two years to find the right buyer for our very unique home. Debi is very knowledgeable about the available Grand lake area properties as well as local businesses and services. She was a great help with utilities and city services. I will definitely call her in the future when I am ready to sell.
