Too expensive, have messed up orders on several occasions.
Very unfriendly staff. Had coupons for free kids cone and wanted sprinkles on one of them. They were going to charge me $1.06 to add sprinkles...seriously?!? That is outrageous. I don't mind paying an up charge for them...however, $1.06?! That is robbery. One of the cones didn't even have ice cream inside. We said something to them and she said they couldn't get the ice cream down in the cone because it was hand dipped. Any other place I go they manage to do so. Horrible prices, and horrible service!!!
