Don't even bother trying to come here in the last ten minutes they close. Inside of the ten-minute mark, they actually greet you with "YOU'VE GOT JUST TEN MINUTES, WE'RE CLOSING SOON". And inside of the five-minute mark they will actually LOCK THE DOOR IN YOUR FACE as you're stepping up onto the sidewalk to obviously come inside. As a rule, I now generally try to go elsewhere, or buy my health products online. But if I do come, I make sure to come early, to avoid their unpleasantness.

I had a horrible experience at the Orange City store. I brought my 14 year old son with, who has very brown skin. The entire time we were there (15-20 minutes) we were blatantly followed by an employee. After I told my son that they were watching us to see if we were stealing, probably because of the color of his skin, he noticed it immediately, too. Gotta agree with Dee D. Debbie's has expired products post expired products and she wants full price for them. I bought french fries tonight (organic) on Rainbow Tuesday and they tasted funny. Knowing Debbie's reputation for selling expired stuff I had my daughter check the date on the bag. Sure enough. our organic french fries expired in May 2012. Ummmm this is SEPTEMBER!!!! Just lost me as a long time customer – They disappointed me for the last time today. A month ago I realized I had purchased an expired Organic Bistro entree, I called the manufactor and received a couple of coupons. A week or so ago I used the coupons and got four entrees, one was buy one get one, another was buy one get one half price. It was disgusting. Totally disatisfied the last time I was @ Debbies when I had the displeasure of meeting Kate, I am not sure if she is new or what. I've been doing Naturalpathics for 15 yrs. & thought that I would be able to speak w/ someone w/ some knowledge of herbs, vitamins and etc.but after speaking w/ her for about 5 min. not only did I feel rushed but I noticed how she was full of it!!!! Great Customer service – I have been in this store quite a few times and I have always found the staff both helpful and knowledgeable. The prices aren?t too bad either considering it?s a health food store.
Great customer care - answer all your questions ! – I strongly disagree with the other review. I shop at Debbies Health Food all the time. It is an amazing store. I always get the help i need. I know the clerks dont know EVERYTHING but they do their best to find out any way to help. It is the best health food store i have ever been to.
