Great customer service. My son is learning about money and painstakingly counted his coins to purchase a chocolate and small ice cream. The guy working there was so patient and kind. Hard to find kind teenagers in customer service anymore.
I had a gift made for a friend's birthday, which happened to fall the day after her second chemo treatment for breast cancer. The gift was a replica of her dachshund, in pink chocolate, with a red ribbon. They were able to ship it for me so it arrived on time -- and here's what my friend had to say about it: "Where in the world did you find such a masterpiece? ... You win the prize for best birthday gift 2013! Paws down!"
