I recently visited this shopping center because I intended to get an insurance quote from Debbie Yang, a State Farm representative. I parked my car near her office and stayed inside briefly to organize my things, with the plan of going in specifically for a quote. When Debbie arrived, she gave me several unwelcoming looks and treated me as if I were doing something suspicious, even though I was simply parked in a public area. Debbie Yang is incredibly responsive and helpful. When I first moved to the Bay Area five years ago, I knew I wanted to stay with State Farm for auto insurance. And I found Debbie through a random Google search. I had a clean driving record (i.e., no accidents or moving violations for 20+ years). So, it was quick and easy process.
