I love Broadway Bank! I have been with them for over 10 years and love the service!!
Terrible experience. I recently opened 2 accounts at this bank . I closed the savings account and kept the checking. After a few days my debit card stopped working. I went to the bank to see what the problem was and they had closed my card off. I told the person at the counter that I still have my checking account so why would they shut off my debit card. She said they would have to order me a new one. She said it would be 7 to 14 days to get it. I waited 2 week and still no card. I called the customer service line ... read more
