This Realtor is very impersonal and transactional and really pushed for the buyers in order to hasten a sell on her listing rather than cooling the commission breath and working for her sellers. She charges a premium fee of about $800 on top of her commission and we didn't see the added value or experience to justify it. She spends a lot of time calling for leads and sending unnecessary and often inaccurate mailings during and directly following the listing process. There are many better Realtors in the Casper area.
