This woman has saved me so much money on my car insurance and homeowners policy. I was with Geico previously and “thought” I was saving so much money. Then Debbie came along and saved me “real” money! Her and Stephanie couldn’t be more helpful and thoughtful in the ideas they gave us to save money quickly and efficiently. We’re an existing homeowner’s customer of this office but not for much longer. Susan Henry, an agent there, totally messed us up with a bait-and-switch “add bundle your three cars” tactic to get a lower homeowners rate. When not competitive on the cars and we declined, things went haywire. Outcome: after declining the cars the quoted new homeowners premium went up - 25%….inclusive of the added new coverages that Susan recommended we “needed.” Time to find someone else we can trust.
