We’re an existing homeowner’s customer of this office but not for much longer. Susan Henry, an agent there, totally messed us up with a bait-and-switch “add bundle your three cars” tactic to get a lower homeowners rate. When not competitive on the cars and we declined, things went haywire. Outcome: after declining the cars the quoted new homeowners premium went up - 25%….inclusive of the added new coverages that Susan recommended we “needed.” Time to find someone else we can trust.
Patient, professional, and pleasant describe the 3 ladies I’ve had the pleasure to work with at the W. Lambert Lane State Farm office. Debbie, Dottie, and Stephanie are the best. Highly recommend this location.
