Only use Debbie if you want a realtor that's a down to earth, no pressure but very knowledgeable in the home buying process and the homes, who has zero procrastination, who you can talk to comfortably like a friend, who doesn't make you feel like a pain in butt for having to look at a lot of houses and who works around your schedule to accommodate. The only problem we have with Debbie is that we are going to miss her now that our house buying process is over.
