I live in Washington state and Debbie did a superb job acting as a real estate agent for both me as the seller and my sister and her husband as the buyers of my rental property in Ohio. She was extremely professional and patient in answering all my questions and offered excellent advice in pricing my property. She kept me well informed during the long and complicated FHA loan process until we successfully closed. I highly recommend Debbie if you're considering buying or selling a property!

Debbie helped us sell a condo and buy our first home. She did an excellent job helping us determine what work needed to be done, helped us understand pricing in the area and was ALWAYS available to answer a text or phone call. She was equally as amazing when it came time to purchase our new home, provided me with multiple good contractors to help out at the new home, and even after closing provided assistance talking to the sellers and contractors. Debbie was fantastic!!
