I broke my leg on December 13 and was there until the 16th at SSM Janesville. She was very nice but kept sending in prescriptions without checking my allergies or my legal guardian. I can’t swallow pills and she ordered gel caps. It’s on my chart that I can’t swallow and to contact my legal guardian who is also my mom before ordering anything.
