We used Debbie of the Pat Wattam team for buying and selling our homes in 2009 for our first house, in 2015 to have space for our growing family, and finally in 2024. The last time was to sell our home as we moved across country, and it was wonderful to have her on our side to handle everything long distance. She has numerous resources and years of experience to get your house into selling shape and to find what you’re looking for in a home. I can’t recommend her enough, there’s a reason we were repeat clients.

Debbie Hanna, with Pat Wattam 5-Star Team, is the most amazing Realtor I could have ever hoped for. So many times and in so many ways she went over and beyond with selling my home and purchasing a new home. Debbie Hanna and the Pat Wattum Team were fantastic!! She helps us get our house ready for sale and everything went well. We sold our house in 3 days, at asking price. We had multiple offers and Debbie helped us choose which offer was best for us in our circumstances. Professional, caring, efficient, and she was ALWAYS available.
