Debbie was awesome. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and dedicated. She helped with staging and even was able to connect me with great painters and plumbers. She knows her stuff and is very thorough and supportive. The place sold for asking price within a month or two.
Debbie Gibbons is super knowledgeable about Reston in general and the Midtown building, in particular. She has bought and sold more apartments in this building than any other agent. She helps organize and stage the home for best sale, and responds immediately to questions and concerns. I can't imagine a realtor being any more helpful. AND she is a pleasure to work with. She gives peace of mind and gets the best transaction possible for her clients.
Debbie is one in a million. We were initially overwhelmed with the process of looking for our first home; I didn't even know where to begin to understand what to consider when weighing one home vs. another.
