Was referred to this agency by my bank. Called Stephenie, told her what I was approved for and where I was looking. She first asked if I'd be okay with a mobile home, which I was, and then 3 hours later said there wasn't much she could do for me because I wasn't approved for more than $100,000. Called a different agency and now have a purchase agreement for a home with a closing date in September.
