We have taken out three auto loans through their office. Great customer service, pretty good rates, fast service.
My 80-year-old mother-in-law had a flood in her house. The company has not come out to look at the house in one week. This is elder abuse they are letting her live in a house with water and not responding to all the phone calls that we make.
