I drove an hour for my scheduled appointment to have absolutely no one there. No answers to phone calls not a single person in office. These people need to be taken out of business. Absolutely ridiculous this is beyond a terrible clinic with terrible doctors and terrible reception is it a scam and needs to be stopped.
Very unprofessional receptionistand doctors, they simply don't care about people, our appointment was 2pm the doctor came 2:50pm the receptionist just till you wait and wait not even little apologetic. Never come here. Not recommended to anyone.
I took my autistic son here today who suffers from an extreme psoriasis condition since he was an infant, he’s now 21. The receptionist was extremely kind and very informative. Dr Lee examined my son and really took his time to answer all our questions and did his best to help my son, Dr Lee went above and beyond in helping us. I totally recommend this location and recommend Dr. Lee, he’s amazing at what he does and I can tell he really cares about his patients. Not a good doctor. Instead of curing me his medicine caused my condition to spread in more areas.
If your referral goes here- RUN. Not only does the dr cancel every other appointment but the reception is horrible. They claim to call about cancelations and leave voicemails. The voicemails are silence and they don’t speak. After two months of no contact after trying MANY times to contact them to follow up my appointment, reception tells me the doctor (who I don’t even know the name bc of how often they have canceled my appointments) no longer does follow up appointments.
