So someone had a post on here that they were getting charge a late fee for arriving late for load appointment, yesterday I arrived about an hour and 15 minutes early for my appointment, my appointment was at 3pm, I arrived at 145 pm, I finally get to the door about 630/700, checked out 830. Questions why can't us driver charge fees for waiting past our appointment times in getting loaded, almost 7 hours
worst place ever. Rude and absolutely unprofessional staff. Especially the lady at the check-in window.
Very slow unloading more then 2-3 hours
