Deb demonstrated genuine care and most important, I trusted her to do right by us and was not in it for her own gains. Deb was easy to work with as a selling agent...very agreeable and non-demanding. Her communication was excellent...always updating us of every development and reactions from EVERY showing. Tirelessly willing to hold open houses and attend showings after unchaperoned realtors left lights on and doors unlocked. Always positive but straight-shooting with market expectations. She was a pleasure to work with.
