Working with Deb Baker was the best decision we could make in our home buying process. She was such an advocate for us as first time buyers in downtown Chicago. She was incredibly responsive - being available to put in an offer for us on a Sunday and working on negotiations through that evening (and beyond). She also had many resources such as lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and even contractors for us to work with for closing and beyond. We are incredibly grateful for her help!
