I stayed there 2 nights with a friend. We had a room with a living space. Overall I don’t recommend. We walked in and the room had a strange smell. It did dissipate after awhile. I asked for the futon to be made up and it was not. We made the bed ourselves. The only windows were facing a back alley so we kept them closed. The futon was very uncomfortable. Members of our family stayed at the Deauville Hotel during the week of New Years, and it worked out perfectly for us. We have a condo across the street, but it simply doesn’t hold everyone comfortably, so the location could not have been more ideal. The hotel was nice, clean, and extremely convenient, making it easy for our family to spend time together without feeling crowded. Stayed two nights before a cruise and this place was perfect. Easy self check-in with door codes and very hands-off, which we loved. Quiet, Melrose Place but motel vibes, and a great location close to the beach, food, and grocery. Stayed in room 107-Bigger than a typical hotel room with a small living area with futon, bedroom with king bed, mini fridge, two TVs with streaming services provided was cool. Plenty of storage with drawers and a full closet. Would definitely stay again.
Very nice establishment on the interior for the price ive paid. Definitely close to the beach, and also a good 10 min drive from las olas strip. Im very glad that I made this reservation for new years.
