I wouldn't go to anyone else. I received excellent care every visit. Had three very difficult impacted wisdom teeth removed. One doctor was going to break my jaw to remove the tooth. Thank God I went to doctor Detrick for second opinion. Going tomorrow for extraction and implant prep. I have complete confidence in my choice of physician to do this procedure on me. I have one wisdom tooth left...I will be Doctor Detricks last patient to have it removed before he moves into retirement!
The secretary at this office was so unbelievably rude. She laughed when I asked if I can get an emergency appointment for an infected wisdom tooth. She put me on hold and then proceeded to say if I did not have it removed there was no other option so what was the point of getting another surgeons opinion. She acted like she was the oral surgeon, insulting and laughing at what I was asking. I understand it is Monday and busy, but NO ONE should be treated the way this secretary spoke to me.
