Very informative visit.
I've been using Deason's for 30 years. Now that Mr. Deason is no longer involved with the business, there is a decided lack of forthright communication from the company. I was promised a Monday repair after a Friday diagnosis, which was completely understandable and acceptable. Monday came and went. A company rep told me Monday afternoon that it would be Tuesday or Wednesday, which turned into "maybe Thursday or Friday". After doing some research me and my wife recently decided to have a Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier system installed. The tech from Deason's arrived on time, and was very professional and their service was super affordable and was way less than what we anticipating. I would highly recommend this company.
On Sunday the 16th of August we had a small fire in our AC unit in the house. We were able to put it out, cut power to the unt and called Deason's with our issue. On Monday morning Tyrell was here to assess the situation and we needed to a whole new unit. Tyrell was able to provide us with a quote and what our options would be rather quickly.
