The first time I visited my appointment was scheduled for 4:00 I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork being a new patient. I had a follow up appointment for blood work today and I arrived early 8:35 to be exact I needed to use the restroom however both restrooms were down. The receptionist was very nice and took me next door to use the restroom. I come back to the waiting area, I waited 30 minutes and no one called me back but other patients were being called. University Hospital allowed this “person” to contract with them to “provide care”. It was evident by the type of “care “my family did not receive that the patients care was not a priority for either the “doctor” or the contracting company that allowed this. The nursing staff confirmed all of our fears. Educate yourself.. you have a choice.
