Customer beware! I was recently shocked with a recent diagnostic only for a return brake concern (3rd mention) they charged me $177.81 for a diagnostic!!! The estimate for the repair was $759 about $250 more than our local mechanic! After discussing my concerns, they said they would credit the diagnostic, and the service manager found me a 10% coupons, with my total out of pocket, about $710. Had a horrible experience when buying a truck from dearth not sure what they are doing there I was disappointed with the professionalism of sales staff I had issues with my dodge ram 1500 I bought from them had a check engine light come on two weeks after I bought it and the same code came on three times after that for the same PC000 code I had the truck a total of 5 months and it was at the dealership every month nothing was ever fixed don’t know if it was a bad truck or bad service department and I do not recommend this de... read more
So happy I went here. My salesman was Brian. He was fantastic. No pressure, very relaxed. The whole process was stress-free and I really appreciated that. I had been to several other dealerships over the last couple weeks, and none of them even came close to the level of customer service I experienced at Dearth. They also have probably the best warranty option I've ever heard of. I bought 48mo with unlimited miles for my purchase. I drive 25k+/year. You can't put a price on peace of mind, in my opinion.
