4 years ago, we bought a new van. So much for after the sale follow-up. Only 1 text text shortly after our purchase. Had an oil change today. I got excited today. Our salesperson walked by, said hello, asked about our van, how many miles was on the van, and just stopped and walked away! Would I consider trading in my van? Upgrading to a new model? NOPE! Nothing; oh well... service was ok. Follow-up visit for a 3rd row seat that was not fixed right the first time. At least they are trying. We will see what happens.
I would warn anyone looking to buy a used vehicle here. I bought a used truck and within the first 150 miles started experiencing issues. The issues in my opinion could have been caught by a trained mechanic. When discussing the issues Dearth was not willing to cover the entire cost of the repairs or take the truck back. I would recommend having private mechanic review purchase prior to finalizing.
