I bought a used vehicle from Dearth approximately 6 months ago. Within days it died during a road trip and needed a new battery which they did replace. Since then, it has needed about 5k in repairs due to a massive oil leak. All of which has come out of my pocket. I wouldn’t trust their used vehicles.
Took my car there to be fixed and it’s still acting up
Customer beware! I was recently shocked with a recent diagnostic only for a return brake concern (3rd mention) they charged me $177.81 for a diagnostic!!! The estimate for the repair was $759 about $250 more than our local mechanic! After discussing my concerns, they said they would credit the diagnostic, and the service manager found me a 10% coupons, with my total out of pocket, about $710. Always respectful service. My go too for key replacement with chip or fobs. Also for had to find parts.
