Our truck was going to be down for 3 to 6 months due to our part being on back order for that long. They had another truck in there with the same problem as ours that the owner traded off due to not being able to wait that long. 1/2/2025 Excellent customer service! I was on my way to Chicago when an issue came up with my GMC. There was no time to fix it so they gave me another car so I could get to my business appointments in CHI. Great group of people! We bought a dodge ram from this dealership and was back every month because the same code would come up also not to mention it burning oil, we took it back every month thinking that each time at least something would be fixed on it well not the case.
