The man when I checked out hustled and lied to my face repeatedly. My insurance allows a benefit for vision. I only odered $300 worth of contacts. I said I may come back and use the $200 left for glasses. He repeatedly told me if I did not use all the money I would lose what I didn't use! It didn't feel right and I know when im being hustled and lied to but I stupidly filled the full $500. I called my insurance when I got home and they told me absolutely not. My mother went to see them in August and they gave her glasses not billing insurance. She paid by credit card $660 only to get her glasses and nothing done to them. She took them back to be corrected in November asked how long would it be they said 15 days went called to inquire the week before Christmas and was told they sent them off on several occasions to be corrected.
