Poor quality my husband's glasses broke less than a month after he got them. They would not repair or replace. He did not damage them, they were poor quality and came apart. My glasses came apart during their production also. Clearly poor quality and NO customer servive. I would love to give -5 stars.
They are AWESOME so sweet & caring, professional people, service is great, the atmosphere is on point AWESOME place & staff keep up da EXCELLENT WORK 😀
I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with Troupe. Use another provider if you want to get your glasses. I returned my glasses in August after receiving them the previous day because the trifocal and bifocal lenes were incorrectly positioned. I have called the office in West Point numerous times and was not able to speak to the Troupes to get a status on getting my glasses, and was told by an assistance I should get a call back. Family member was a new patient Wait time was a whole hour before appointment time the Doctor was late and didn't get and apology for being late and the glasses and services was not at a reasonable price
I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The staff and doctor were all very friendly and helpful.
