I had the same experience, a person at the main office was extremely rude in tone and the way she handled my questions. I am trying to move out and am having trouble getting the forms I need or any helpful answers to my questions. My manager on site is quite nice but I was not pleased at all with the central office.

We had a aweful experience with this company. We lived at Fawn Villas in Butler for almost a year and were so glad to move out. The management is very rude, in fact, our property manager, Tina, even hung up on me one time when I had a question about installing a wireless security system. Our apartment had been broken into twice in the short time we were there.
