Friendly staff clean environment
I got HA 2 years ago and haven't been back, looking for a new practice even though I quite like and am keeping the co-located ENT. Got my hearing aids - didn't work well and the first weekend was hell. Came back the next week, got a longer wire and some app adjustments. Was then asked to sign a $1,000 contract for any further services. Did not like way it was put out there and will not go back.
I was so reluctant to even think about getting a hearing aid. I wish I would have sooner! This place is so informative, you won't leave there with questions! Wonderful people! Wonderful experience! Dr Romano is a gem!
