More than 6 yrs I did my truck repair at this center. The repair was ok looking from outside the car. My insurance was charged for the replacement parts: body and radiator Now when I replace the front bumper installed years ago by Dearborn collision. We found they didn’t installed the fillers. Also the radiator was not replaced but repaired, they glued the radiator flange wit J& B epoxy, now we see the flange is loose. This not supposed to happen. I visited Dearborn Collision to ask if they would consider doing an odd job. My mother has two broken hips and both surgeries were delayed, due to COVID. She’s petite and it’s been difficult to locate a low medical bed to accommodate her short legs. I asked if they would cut her current metal bed legs,. Cutting the legs would limit the pressure on her hips, getting in and out of bed. I believe it was the owner, immediately stopped what he was doing and cut the legs. I went there to fix my car , very nice people, they waived my deductible and the give me a ride home . When my car was done they picked me up , I like the nice job the did and the friendly service.
